Our goal is to make sure your child’s experience is as easy and comfortable as possible. During the first visit we focus on helping your child get used to the office and equipment in a way that is fun and child-friendly. In our reception area there are children’s books & DVDs in the children’s corner. The overhead TVs in the office also act as a distraction to the children during restorative appointments.

We recommend that a child’s first visit to the pediatric dentist should be at age 1, both to get him used to dental check-ups and to prevent cavities. Together, we work with your child from infancy to adolescence to ensure good development and health of the teeth and jaw and help him maintain a good oral hygiene.

In addition to regular clearing and recommendations for daily oral care, we provide cavity restoration for baby teeth or permanent teeth for older children and can also help your child if a tooth was knocked out or chipped.
